For your protection, we may block unusual activity on your cards until we can be sure it isn't fraud. When traveling away from home, you can place travel notes on your credit and debit card accounts quickly and easily by using our Card Control App.

You can also place travel notes in these ways:

  • For credit cards, log into Digital Banking> View My Visa®> Communications > Travel Notes
  • Send us a secure message through Digital Banking
  • Call Member Services at 800-268-6928
